Care and Regulation Team

Our team is led by Sughra Nazir who has an impressive local, regional and national network  across health and social care. Her experience includes working for CQC for 8 years both as a national lead and as an inspector of services. A qualified and registered social worker she also has two postgraduate management qualifications, is Prince 2 qualified and was the recipient of two awards from the Institute of Management. She has extensive experience in diversity, safeguarding, tenders and training. Consultancy experience includes CQC registrations, CQC workshops for GP and dentist audiences.

Sughra’s work is supported by a number of former CQC colleagues and experienced social care managers.

Health Quality and Service delivery Team  

Senior healthcare associate Cathe Gaskell draws on experience from a number of senior clinical roles, including as former Executive Director of Nursing for two London PCTs and ex-Operations Director (Four Seasons) Results-driven she works with a range of health providers to enhance service delivery and demonstrate improvements in profit and quality through effective management style coupled with operational expertise.

We also have senior health strategy and business development associates with invaluable expertise in  GP led Commissioning, Market access: UK and emerging markets and NHS policy /strategy assessment.Mo Nazir is currently working as Deputy COO of a London CCG.

Quality management and Health and Safety

Your service can benefit from the expertise of Andy Farrall a dual qualified health and safety and fire safety expert and trainer. Qualified and accredited with professional bodies (CMIOSH, NEBOSH, IOSH, HABC, and BALI) Andy has recently addressed international audiences on health and safety and lone working.
